Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your session, otherwise there will be a $15 charge.

Yoga sessions and massage are not meant to replace any necessary form of medical care and physical therapy. In fact it helps me as a therapist to have a diagnosis to plan a session accordingly.
