I am now offering a separate 90 and 120 minute session for clients who need specific focus on a certain part of the body due to chronic pain/tension and/or loss of mobility. May also be for those interested in specific training which supports other exercises, programs, or activities. These sessions will include Functional Release (FR) work to retrain non optimal movement patterns, gain more mobility, strength, control of movements, and body awareness.
Whether you come to my yoga/mobility classes or you see me for massages, this science based one on one work will assist you in becoming more in tune to your body’s needs – not only are we looking to improve mobility and body control but think of this work as sustaining longevity and health for your joints.
What these sessions might include:
- Assessment
- Joint movement – both passive and active (isometrics)
- Trigger Point Therapy
- Maintenance and Breathing Exercises
- Recordings to do on your own
If doing a movement based session, you will receive a sequence of exercises to work on, plus the recordings.

Please dress comfortably as some of the session will be done clothed.

120 minutes – $160

Please note – Yoga sessions and massage are not meant to replace any necessary form of medical care and physical therapy. In fact it helps me as a therapist to have a diagnosis to plan a session accordingly.
