The true test of honouring Buddha or God is the love one extends to fellow humans – The Dalai Lama
My journey
From the simple desire to begin a yoga practice back in 2007, a seed was planted – sprouting a love and curiosity of the human body + anatomy. I now have two teacher training certifications – OM yoga 200 hr (2009) + Om yoga 500hr (2011) and a license in medical massage (LMT) from Harmony Path School (2015)
I was the co-instructor of Puma Yoga’s 200 hour teacher training for 3 years (2015-2018) and focused on anatomy, sequencing, and asana alignment. Besides teaching monthly movement classes, I also teach various workshops (to both students and current teachers for CEU’s).
In July of 2020, I began my next phase in movement studies by taking the Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®) training to become a certified instructor. Functional Range Conditioning, is a system of joint health optimization based on scientific principals and research.
I believe every person’s need for yoga/movement and massage is unique. Each session is geared towards the needs and wants of the client.
Together, if we honor our bodies, focus on breath, and bring patience to our practice – the rest will follow.
